7th July Live Earth Concert will help to cut CO2 Emissions
July 4, 2007 · Filed Under climate change
On July 7th Madonna will be headlining the UK leg of perhaps the decade’s most watched live music event. Up to 2 billion people are expected to watch some of the show.
It’s fantastic that this event has been organised, because any contribution to cutting co2 emissions is worthwhile. I don’t think many people realise though that food security is an even bigger danger than global warming. I wish I could get people who are very influential in this area to see this. Any suggestions on how this could be done? Al Gore’s support could be very useful.
